We're currently using the snapshot version because the javaconfig hasn't yet been released. Once we have a stable release (or at least a numbered release candidate) we can undo the mavenLocal hack in the build, but will also likely require some degree of refactoring in the org.metabuild.grobot.server.config.SpringConfig class.
