Fix "Change Name/Icon" #15

This feature has not worked for some time.

This has been partially-addressed in 8.1.0.2:

A new name can be typed, and the item will be renamed when <enter> is pressed.

There are still bunches of bugs associated with this feature. I explored but have been unable to fix anything else.
