I don't understand anything about posting a link in chat or right-clicking.
The game doesn't have a feature to copy text from the chat.
The game allows copying a link from chat into a macro in the default macro menu if that link is a Guild Link. To create a Guild Link, go to “J” (Guild & Communities) -> Invite Member -> Link Post in Chat, then go to /m (Macro Menu) -> Create Macro -> Shift + left-click the created guild link from chat into the macro itself.
For some reason, this process does not add the guild link to macros in SuperDuperMacro the same way it would in the normal macro pane.
Here’s a video to show you how I can add a Guild Link for recruiting new members into the standard macro panel: https://i.gyazo.com/6dfb4e7b5414a5ddf53bce6891509302.mp4

Usually I go to the guild "Invite Member" pane wherein I select "Link Post in Chat" and then right-click the generated guild link into my macro text in the Macro Menu (/m), but for some reason SDM isn't capable of copying the link into the macro text at this time.
It would be cool if SDM had the capability to process links right-clicked into macro text.
