Fix the `new` button. #8

The new button at the top (left-ish) cannot be clicked until the left-hand list pane is scrolled to the top.

As of today, the problem has vanished. Perhaps it was some other addon I had running which broke this functionality, or perhaps Blizzard made a change today.
