This is the continuation of issue #337. Though backtracing is now implemented, a lot can still be improved.

TODO:

[ ] maybe add State * to spirit_handle_exception_api
[ ] should spirit_rethrow be wrapped around all functions which do not use one of the spirit_handle_exception... functions?
[ ] use exceptions more, until the right usage pattern emerges. Probably either the classifier or the level are not needed!
