Add ability to set DMI chirality in API and GUI #430

It can be set from the input file, but there is no API and therefore, when set from the GUI, it is always Neel DMI.

Added to Python API with 082bbb32b2e0674a587aef81ce3dd0da8eb2c798, fixed with 782011391bbdae39b85a12ffb75c1fbccfa4dd67 and a016cefb1e4d66e2314e6c74b98b97767dc4dbb1 and in the latter also added the chirality to UI-QT.
