UI-Python: fix and rename main.py, maybe add more #500

The script is bloated with nonsense and should only contain an LLG example. It might be good to also add a GNEB example in another script.

Analogous to #501, it may actually be better to remove the scripts and place examples exclusively into the documentation - but I am not sure about it in this case.
