Setting vacancies is not working #537

When setting vacancies in the UI, to e.g. create a disk, the remaining non-vacant spins do not react to changes of the spin configuration and basically become unaccessible.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Compile spirit with defects enables.
  2. Start the GUI
  3. Set some vacancies

I do not observe this behaviour on my OSX machine with the current develop version, where both configuration setters and simulations change the nonvacant spins. Which setup did you use?
