Set chain length in GUI #546

The image counter for the chain length in the control widget should be made editable, to enable setting the chain length.

There should also be a segment in the control widget, e.g. to the right of the image switching buttons, (<+) (-) (+>) (buttons for insert left, remove and insert right). This would make the GUI a lot more intuitive to use for GNEB.

This has been implemented for ui-imgui on the feature-imgui branch.
