Timestamps in output #2

Can we have flags/options to turn timestamps on/off in the output?

Suggest a default of off, with a flag to turn on. Default on is each sentence is preceded by a timestamp.

Perhaps the flag can receive modifiers so there could be longer increments, for example -timestamp 15 would make a timestamp on the nearest sentence to each 15 second mark.
