I didn't run into this problem on the 8 gb SD card I was using yesterday with all of my GB/GBC games and some of my GBA games, but today I switched to a 64 gb card, put all my GBA games onto it, and got this error with my GB/GBC list. It seems to only refer to my GBC games, since those mostly stop appearing once I hit the letter "S."
EDIT: Fixed this by creating folders to separate GB and GBC games -- not sure if it's still something to fix or just a hardware issue but I'll set it as resolved.
