Save files corrupted after v1.1 beta-2 upgrade #22

After upgrading to the latest firmware, the Pocket no longer recognizes my Mother 3 save file. I've tried the .sav on a couple other emulators, and it isn't recognized. It seemed to happen after trying the new "Load Cartridge" menu option to switch to Mother 3 while playing a different rom.

That is a analogue firmware issue and not a spiritualized1997 issue

Using the Load Cartridge option corrupted my Minish Cap save too.
