[Request] GBA Rumble passthrough #34

Would be really nice, if a gba rumble cartridge could could be used 'global' instead of a extra DS-rumblecard. That way we could use for example the drilldozer cartridge and play another rumble supported game.

I also think it would be very nice, we would also be able to play drill dozer EU with a JP cartridge (yes, it's my case). Probably not the most important feature but would definitely be cool.
