BIOS #6

As the BIOS files are hard to find, couldn't it be possible to make it work without them?

the fact, you have to acquire the bios somehow is pretty much the only reason Nintendo does not issue a DMCA takedown. re-implementing the bios would not be doable, since there are countries like america, where software can be patented and copyrighted, unlike Germany, where developing tools like VLC is actually legal.

So.. unless someone does a really good work re-implementing the bios without looking at the machine code and be a German resident, it's unlikely to happen.

edit: the custom bios would also need to be clock precise.

you would simply not experience the game gameplay without humongous work.
