This is PIONEER's first attempt at submission of phenotype data. We're starting with a diabetes phenotype including code lists for ICD-10 and SNOMED, regarding secondary care.
I couldn't see documentation for this section of the .md file

but it seemed to appear in many of the other existing files, so do let me know if this is incorrect, of if I'm being unobservant!
I can also see there are several other diabetes phenotypes already in existence in CALIBRE, for the group element of the .md file I've used "Endocrine" which was used in some of the others, but this does vary, again let me know if should be changed.
