MIDAS study #40

Upload of the MIDAS study yaml file, case identifcation SNOMED CT concept IDs, assocaiated Description IDs and body regions assigned to each of the concept IDs.

Thanks James - issue was an illegal UTF-8 character in one of the codelists. I've solved this now.
