reworked netvar manager,deleted unused entity functions, reworked render class , update imgui, e.t.c not all remember render rewrites to threadsafe render

i'm fine with render updates but another changes are just changes: they dont do anything better, its just changing it and breaks compatibility. I dont think its needed
