Man page, runtime help and actual options are out of sync #26

Commit: Update man page (078381d6853f04cd1ae633797468259c3ba159d0) incorrectly removed valid options from the man page. However the help provided via the '-?' option is out of sync with the options that are really provided.

Review the man page, the help provided by "-?" and the list of options actually used (see osint/getargs.c) and ensure that they are in sync.
