Minor doc improvements #1050

  1. Remove the trailing clipboard icon from small code snippets, instead making the whole thing clickable
  2. Change the ugly yellow color in small code blocks to a nicer pale blue, that aligns with the theme
  3. Fix the broken link to non-existent FAQ on the home page (point to error codes instead)
