Add ci job that lints code with sentry feature enabled #796

I think we should lint for all the features, or sensible subsets of them. For example, we tend to enable these features spfs/protobuf-src, spk/migration-to-components, sentry, statsd, fuse-backend, but not these featuresserver, spfs/server. But all of them should be checked in CI.
