Center map with raster dataset icon #91

Context

Go to a map, select a given vector layer and you will see it has a button / icon that helps the user to center the map in that precise dataset

Steps to Reproduce

See Context but try with a raster

Current Result

Raster dataset doesn't have that button right now

Expected result

Now that we can center rasters from the dropdown menu, it makes sense to have this option here
