Add raster layers to layer selector view #93

Context

When adding a layer selector, this doesn't include raster layers

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to a map, check the layer selector option screen shot 2017-12-05 at 15 39 05

Current Result

It only shows vector type layers

Expected result

If there's a raster layer we can toggle, it should be included there

Main issue here is that raster layers' models don't have any legend attribute as vector layer do.
