Regenerate thumbnails for old decks > 8 months #24

From testing release 2.5.0: " some old decks ( > 8 months) miss a thumbnail, while new ones are good, not sure this if this is an issue though."

POST /deck/:id/thumbnails on deck service to regenerate thumbnails

It's also possible to delete all thumbnails (or a range - slide IDs between X and Y) in the filesystem of the fileservice- the thumbnails will be regenerated as soon as the file is requested again and that's pretty fast.

Klaas Andries de Graaf Is this still something that has to be tackled on slidewiki.org? I wouldn't care about the other deployments.
If this is still an open task, the task shouldn't take up more than 5 minutes and could be executed by Kurt Junghanns or Benjamin Wulff.
