Deck loader on deck view not always working and wrong deck information displayed

This is a particular problem when the platform is slow. To replicate:

• got my deck and select a deck
• use browser back button to return to My decks and select a different deck
• Deck view page shows deck tree and info panel from the correct deck, but deck view from the previous deck until it refreshes (sometimes breadcrumb also slow to update).
• no loading indicator seen
