runkeeper does not expose the user email on during the oauth flow.

Hey @selaias, thanks for the effort! Could you please create a PR to add all your tests outcome to these lines.

I'd say you could add some paragraphs like:

Feel free to make a unique PR for all services you tested!

I'm sorry I'm not expert with git and it seems I cant get a PR for every commit I did.
