This is my favorite CSGO mod. Are there any plans to port it to CS2? I don't know how different it is, but I'm assuming there would be quite a lot of work...

I'm not a developer for this project, but right now it looks like SourceMod for Source 2 is still in development, see Will SourceMod support Source 2? Will plugins for existing games continue to work if they are ported? from the SourceMod FAQ
