Pugsetup Teamlocker not kicking players #334

Expected behavior

Teamlocker kick a player/don't let anyone enter a team when both teams are full. (5v5)

Actual behavior

Teamlocker let a player enter a team when both teams are full.

Steps to reproduce

Open a server with 12 slots (don't know if it works with 10 or 11 slots)
Enter 10 players
Start comp
One player quit
Another player enter as complete
The player that has disconnected, come back
Player enter the team that he was.

Plugins version:

CS:GO PugSetup 2.0.6
CS:GO PugSetup: team locker 2.0.6

Sourcemod version:

SourceMod 1.10.0.6462

the TeamLocker plugin is not working at all. Use the Maxteamsize plugin on your server, which will work correctly.
