Enable Xray(glow) in spec #239

Expected behavior

in spec mode press X to enable xray glow

Actual behavior

press x is not working ,Game button tips are not displayed

Steps to reproduce

Maybe your X is not binded to toggle X-ray vision. Check you settings.

Mine is on H, because I use the X for something else. image

X-ray and Healthshot (Dangerzone) are on the slot12, so you have bind slot12 to your preference. image bind h "slot12"

This is nothing to do with retakes plugin.

not a blinding problem,I have no hints like your first picture at all,i don't know why

You can enable the binding hints in spectate mode with cl_spec_show_bindings 1

Toggle the visibility of the spectator bindings. Default: 1

You probably have this on 0

Please, report back, and close the issue if resolved this for you. Again: your issue is nothing to do with retakes, and at any time the owner can close this issue. You are lucky that someone helped you.

i think it is not a client problem, cuz everyone in my server on spectator mode can not use the Xray,so any idea about What plugin or command caused this

You think? There is another client command to enable X-ray: spec_show_xray 1

Some notes about your plugins:

  • Your login token could be banned for these plugins: [CS:GO] Fake Competitive Ranks/Coins Gloves SM Franug CS:GO Agents Chooser Weapons & Knives
  • You should remove this plugin, no longer needed: [CSGO] Server Lag Exploit Fix [3/7/2020]
  • You have Advanced Admin ESP plugin, check the settings, this plugin is meant to show X-ray to admins

Thank you for your concern about the possible ban risks of my GSLT. I have tried spec_show_xray 1 but it didn't work. The other patch is not Crasher Exploit, it is Lagger Exploit About the Advanced Admin ESP plugin, I have ruled it out. I have a pugsetup server. I also have this plugin, but xray works fine. If still unable to find the solution I will try to completely reinstall the CSGO server

It wouldn't be a BUG related to Retake, nor do I believe it is.

X-ray is only enabled for competitive games mode, adding this cvar to your server.cfg already resolves:

sv_competitive_official_5v5 1
