Joining a Team is not possible

I install the recent dev build (172). start server and it works without any issue. Once i join the server i cant select a team. and klicking on autojoin does nothing. spectator is not possible too.

Expected behavior

I know most retake mods have problems with joining a team. On an empty server i expect to join a team and otherwise go spectator.

Actual behavior

but i am not able to join any team on an empty server, nor can i join spectator. If i use console say * it prints out the message inside the console,(server: ) but not in the normal chat. Then i get timedout and after 25 seconds kicked. i am able to rejoin as the server is still running.

Sourcemod version: 1.9.0.6281
Steps to reproduce (please be specific): download latest dev build. copy all files to server and start the server. Mod seems to be installed, but joining a Team is not possible.
