Fixed and updated Russian translation

Hello @Saph1s

We already have an open PR for Russian. Please make suggestions or adjustments to that one instead. You can argue amongst yourselves what the correct translations are, but we'll have to do it in the same PR.

If you feel like this is better or more complete, please let me know. I don't speak Russian, so evaluating this is pretty hard.

I merged develop into this as I made some generic changes to incorrect trailing full stops. I also removed the one you had in NoMatchSetupInfoMessage.
