Hello, I would like to compare PsiCLASS with Stringtie and Scallop that I am currently using and it would be great having a Dockerfile. I am having a couple of issues in order to install pthreads, could you please provide it?

I don't have a root right to create a docker image, so I manually changed the content of a docker image file from another project: https://www.dropbox.com/s/50rkl3qjpf05skt/Dockerfile?dl=1 . Could you please test whether it works?

Just curious, I think StringTie and Scallop also depend on the pthread library, are you also using docker to run them?
