It is not an issue... it is a request: can you provide a link to the latest BioRxiv preprint where you describe the latest PsiCLASS version..., or a link to the code...?

I guess there is no… The email I sent to you was my fault – one of my postdocs messed up BAKER3 and a “new version” of PsiCLASS…

By the way, we see the differences between Finder and PsiCLASS (as much as it written in different publications) and we are wondering if we move to PciCLASS, we would have received your support…?

I think Finder is a more comprehensive gene annotation workflow and PsiCLASS is one module in it, therefore probably PsiCLASS could not replace Finder in total. Nevertheless, if you find any issues in PsiCLASS, we will try our best to fix them.
