Put the Logitech Profile .pr0 into the Logitech x52 folder. C:\Users\Public\Documents\Logitech\X52
If this directory does not exist, do you need to create it first? My Windows 10 Pro only has:
"C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\"
Note the different directory name and it's completely empty, despite the logitech X52 driver package being installed.
