Bugfix non-infinite arg not getting used
Permit setup visitors and provide a default when none is asked for, resolves #127

Ignoring the false-positive failed CI check - it hasn't yet got an upstream release for the changes in py_trees_ros_interfaces introdused in splintered-reality/py_trees_ros_interfaces#6.
