Mock Server

Mock Client

[x] Mock clients with a --cancel option for testing

Tests

move_base server and client with:

[x] executed goal
[x] cancelled goal
[x] preempted goal

Issues

Debugging when exceptions are thrown in the execution is 'lost in the void' with a string message, but no exception type, no backtrace
