Enhance JMX graphs for Tomcat #151

It looks like there is a lot more information that *could* be graphed to 
provide more meaningful metrics for Tomcat.  Here are some reference links if

Here is a little update to add JMX Threads Stats.
Maybe more soon.

I have just commited JMX Threadpool graph (r567). Template asks for Catalina 
ThreadPool name, so you choose which one it should graph. Default is http-8080.
