Update Mpdf from 7 to 8 #411

This version of mpdf adds support for PHP 7.3 and 7.4 (without dropping 5.6)

@annda Thanks for providing the mpdf update. If you would have the opportunity to add an unit test for covering this issue with the images, that would be great!
