Is there a chance of having this fixed?

Digraphs in dokuwiki pages are not part of the resulting pdf document. Instead the small "broken"-image is displayed. This was already reported in late 2012: https://github.com/splitbrain/dokuwiki-plugin-dw2pdf/issues/43
