s5 breaks silently if unconfigured #11

if no theme is chosen in the plugin configuration, s5 breaks without any notice - simply displays flat rendered output.

Expected behaviour: either display a different icon (like a strike through presentation screen) in the original document, or refuse to go into presentation mode if no theme is selected.

There's a default set in conf/default.php - that should be enough.
