If using current version of translation-plugin, the links inside the translated page will also refer to translated pages, which seems good in first. But it will produce many unrelsolved links until many (or even all) pages are translated, which is bad.
Therefore i would suggest to relate to untranslated pages if the translation is missing. Maybe use a third color/style for those links.
