a problem with using conf/lang #274

When the plugin is enabled, local UI translations from the file conf/lang/en/lang.php are not used and are switched to default.

With that, the data taken from files with the ".txt" extension are staying in use. For example, when the plugin is enabled, on the registration page, the UI translation remains taken from /conf/lang/en/register.txt , but variable "fullname", which should be taken from the lang.php file in the same directory, is reset to default and starts to be taken from inc/lang/en/lang.php.
