I tried this patch, still can't work. The html code of {{bilibili>5432424}} is

data="http://static.hdslb.com/miniloader.swf?aid=5432424&page=1"

As I understand the ampersand should be escaped in HTML, so & is indeed correct.

BTW I do see there are some 403 error using developer console, not sure if bilibili changed policy on embedding video.

Inspected using developer console, the link is indeed correct. So the problem probably be bilibili imposed some unknown policy embedding video.
