Releases, dynamic module #1

Can we have support for building as a dynamic NGINX module? It would require updating config.

If this is stable, can you please tag a release [https://github.com/splitice/ngx_brunzip_module/releases].

PR is welcome.

We build master as stable. I'll cut a v1.0 now.

It's really not a complex addon (it's built off the nginx gunzip)
