Show timestamp on when the test was started and completed #725

Hi, It would be nice to have timeline of the split experiment for historical purpose. Like when the experiment was started and when it was completed.

I needed this and I am doing via listening to hook and triggering event based on that. But I think this is general use case people might want which could be in the split dashboard view.
