Some code refactoring #231

Use Person type argument in TokenActivity
Remove TokenLayout, use TokenTextView with the same logic
Use android:padding (and android:radius) attr instead of 4 variants
Reformat FilteredArrayAdapter javadoc

Thanks for cleaning this up!

Can you please use @example.com in email addresses to make it clear they're fake? Also, just to make sure, the names you've used in the code should be fake as well...

Ok, I've changed email to @example.com. And yes, this very long name is fake as well. I used http://www.behindthename.com/random to generate it. Anyways I just added to see how does it look for long tokens. I can remove it at all :)
