AmigaNPI #21

Add a mention of AmigaNPI to the software section, alongside Simon Bell’s Newton Connection for Mac OS X (NCX).

Also, maybe make the “What software is available from Apple?” questions less Apple-focused, so third-party applications and utilities fit in better.
