Should terms that are linked within the body of a glossary definition use title case or sentence case?

For example:

To make a container view go away by tapping the close box.

vs.

To make a Container View go away by tapping the Close Box.

That's a tough one. How many terms are proper nouns or themselves are title case (like "NewtonScript")? Visually, I lean toward title case as it stands out more and is the topic of the target link; logically, I lean toward sentence case because the sentence would be correct we're the links removed and that it might diminish proper nouns and title case terms.

Sentence case is making the most sense for me, other than for terms that include product or code names (eg: MessagePad and proper nouns (eg: Area 51).

If having the links terms stand out a bit more is a requirement, we can do that via CSS.

Sounds great, and exactly my thoughts on improving visibility through styling.
