Review terms: Newton Programmer’s Guide, et al. #9

Some of the very first terms added to the glossary were extracted from the Newton Programmer’s Guide and The NewtonScript Programming Language.

Along the way, a few details may have been lost in the translation. Specifically, any bits of code that were included in the original terms often appear malformed or are missing entirely. They should also be formatted as inline code snippets.

Ideally, many of these terms should also indicate that they have something to do with the NewtonScript programming language.

For example, the sibling term has absolutely no context, other than its source.

A child frame that has the same parent frame.

This issue was addressed per commit c482a6f and is essentially a duplicate of issue #27.
