On archive (category, date, tag, etc.) and search results pages where there aren’t enough posts to warrant paging, empty <p></p> elements are still inserted into the page.
<p></p>
For example:
http://splorp.me/?s=boom http://splorp.me/category/grooming
These elements should be inserted contextually, based on pagination requirements.
