Issue number: Issue #1340 ADDON-75328

Summary

When UCC builds an app based on a GitHub release, the version it produces does not meet the requirements for a new AppInspect check.

Changes

Update the version naming in the code to comply with the AppInspect check check_version_is_valid_semver.
